This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not include contact forms. No account is required and nothing is collected from you simply by visiting a page.

If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the information you choose to send us — typically your name, contact details and the content of your message — in order to respond and, where relevant, to discuss and perform work for you.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, once an engagement begins, on the basis of performing a contract with you. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed for the enquiry or engagement it relates to, and for as long as required afterwards by applicable accounting and tax law.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising purposes. Data may be processed by the service providers that operate our email and hosting infrastructure, acting on our instructions.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive it in a portable format.
